Add in some squats and burpees and you have a total body workout that will leave you dripping in sweat. Expect to burn between 600 and 900 calories in this high intensity workout. All of the classes offered at The Firm Cardio give members the option of adjusting their workout to their own abilities. Mandie will show both high intensity and lower intensity options.
