Lisa Bowling

Lisa is an advocate for strength training for women. She believes strongly in the benefits of lifting heavy weights and encourages members to join her for her “Just Weights” group strength class. Lisa also believes in the benefits of high intensity interval training and teaches a  HIIT Step class.

My philosophy is that “moderate exercise and physical activity cure many ills, so keep moving”.
